REPOLISHING POLICY – TAZEENOARAISH CRAFT PIECES

We provide repolishing services for all Tazeenoaraish craft pieces at a rate of Rs. 10 per gram. You can visit any Tazeenoaraish outlet or request our pickup and delivery service for added convenience.

Please Note:

  • Some older or heavily damaged pieces may not be repairable.

  • Our team will attempt repolishing up to two times.

  • If the item cannot be restored, it will be returned to you and the repolishing fee will be fully refunded.

We aim to be transparent with our customers—while we put in our best efforts, certain pieces may not be fixable due to their condition.
