Exchange Policy – Tazeenoaraish

We offer a 7-day exchange policy for both in-store and online purchases.
To qualify for an exchange:

  • The product must be unused.

  • Original tags, packaging, and receipt must be provided.

  • Sale or discounted items are not eligible for exchange.

Please note that slight variations in product color or texture may occur due to differences in screen displays or lighting used during photography. Products cannot be exchanged for these reasons.

We only accept exchanges if the item received has a manufacturing defect.

To report a defect:

  1. Email clear images of the defective item to info@tazeenoaraish.com
    (You may change the email if needed)

  2. Report the issue within 2 days of receiving the product.

  3. After inspection and approval by our team, you will be offered an exchange for another product of equal value.


Refund Policy

Refunds are only applicable on craft items, and only if the request is made within 24 hours of purchase.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Credit card refunds may take 15–30 working days to process, depending on the bank.

  • Sale items and used products are strictly non-refundable.

Pickup Fee for Online Orders

  • A Rs. 1,000 pickup fee applies for online return or exchange requests.

  • Returns/exchanges processed at any Tazeenoaraish store are free of charge.

  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.


Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order before it is processed.

Once the order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. After shipment, our Return & Exchange Policy will apply.

Tazeenoaraish reserves the right to cancel any order at any time.
Common reasons may include:

  • Product out of stock

  • Pricing or listing errors

  • Payment or credit card authorization failure
